How do I play?

Place one piece in every row, every column and every colored region. No two pieces may touch, not even diagonally. Tap a square once to mark it with an X; double-tap it to place a piece. Drag across squares to mark several at once.

Is every puzzle really solvable?

Yes. Every board has exactly one answer, proven before it ships, and it can always be reached by logic alone. You never need to guess.

How do hints work?

Each press of the hint button goes one step further: first a nudge towards where to look, then the reasoning, then the exact squares. Hints and reveals are limited; watching an optional ad earns more.

How do I keep my progress on another device?

On iPhone and iPad, your progress is kept in your own iCloud: sign in to the same Apple Account on the new device and it comes back. On Android, it comes back from your phone's Google backup when you reinstall or set up a new phone, if backup is on. There is no account to sign in to, and progress does not move between iPhone and Android.

How do I delete my data?

There is no account, and we keep no progress of yours. Deleting the app deletes the progress on your phone; its iCloud copy is in your iCloud settings, and its Android backup in your Google account's backup settings. See the Privacy Policy for the rest, or email support@nottouching.app.

Does the game work offline?

Yes. Every puzzle is built into the app. A connection only brings new levels, news and ads.
